Simply spread Welch's Concord Grape Jelly onto toast, bagels, or muffins for a quick and delicious breakfast. It is the essential ingredient for crafting the iconic peanut butter and jelly sandwich, a favorite for lunchboxes and quick snacks. Beyond sandwiches, it can be used as a topping for pancakes and waffles, or stirred into plain yogurt for added sweetness. For baking, it can be incorporated into thumbprint cookies or used as a simple glaze for cakes and scones, offering a vibrant fruit flavor and a touch of sweetness.
How it differs from similar foods
Compared to jams or preserves, jelly is made from fruit juice, meaning it has a smoother, more uniform texture without any fruit pieces or seeds. Concord grape jelly specifically offers a more intense, pure grape flavor than jellies made from other grape varieties, due to the unique characteristics of the Concord grape.
