Ello Market Rainbow Rips
What it is
Rainbow Rips are a type of dried fruit snack. They are made from a blend of fruits that are processed and then formed into thin, chewy strips. The vibrant colors come from the natural pigments in the fruits themselves. This snack offers a convenient way to enjoy fruit flavors in a portable format. The texture is designed to be satisfyingly chewy, making it a popular choice for a quick treat.

Some people like to use them as a decorative element on cakes, cookies, or other baked goods, adding a playful visual appeal. Their chewy texture makes them easy to handle and incorporate into different dishes.
How it differs from similar foods
Compared to whole dried fruits, Rainbow Rips are processed into uniform strips, offering a consistent texture and flavor profile. They are typically sweeter and have a more pliable chewiness than some other dried fruit products. The variety of fruit flavors blended together also sets them apart from single-fruit dried options.
