- Marinade for tofu
- Stir-fry enhancer
You can use this sweet Thai chili sauce straight from the bottle as a dipping sauce for appetizers like spring rolls, dumplings, or fried wontons. It also works wonderfully as a finishing sauce to drizzle over cooked dishes, adding a glossy sheen and a sweet-spicy kick. A small amount can be stirred into dressings or used to deglaze a pan after sautéing vegetables.
How it differs from similar foods
Compared to other chili sauces, this organic sweet Thai chili sauce typically offers a more pronounced sweetness and a milder heat profile. It often features a brighter, more complex flavor due to the specific blend of chilies and other aromatics common in Thai cuisine, distinguishing it from hotter or more vinegar-forward sauces.
