What it is
This is a frozen blend of organic fruits, designed for making smoothies. It typically contains a mix of tropical fruits like mango, pineapple, and banana, along with other complementary fruits. It is intended to be a base for custom smoothie creations, allowing users to add their preferred liquids and any additional ingredients.
How people cook with it
This frozen fruit blend is a convenient base for creating refreshing smoothies at home. It simplifies the process of enjoying a variety of fruits in a single drink.
- Blend with juice for a quick drink
- Add to yogurt for a thicker texture
- Use as a base for fruit bowls
- Mix with milk for a creamy smoothie
To prepare a smoothie, combine a portion of the frozen fruit blend with your choice of liquid, such as water, juice, or milk, in a blender. You can also add other ingredients like yogurt, honey, or seeds for extra flavor and texture. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting the amount of liquid to achieve your desired consistency. Serve immediately for the best taste and texture. This blend is also suitable for making frozen desserts or adding to baked goods.

Unlike fresh fruit, this frozen blend is pre-cut and portioned, saving preparation time. The freezing process helps preserve the fruits' natural flavors and textures. It offers a consistent blend of tropical fruits, ensuring a balanced taste in every smoothie, which can be harder to achieve with individual fresh fruits.
