These cookies are ready to eat straight from the package. They are perfect for a quick sweet indulgence. For a more elaborate presentation, they can be crushed and used as a topping for cheesecakes or parfaits. They also work well as a decorative element on frosted cakes and cupcakes, adding both color and a delightful crunch. When serving with beverages, they pair nicely with milk or coffee, offering a contrast in flavors and textures.
How it differs from similar foods

The birthday cake flavor profile is distinct, often sweeter and more vanilla-forward than standard chocolate or creme fillings, and the colorful wafers set them apart visually.

How to keep the rest
To maintain freshness, store any remaining cookies in their original packaging or an airtight container at room temperature. Keep them away from direct sunlight and moisture to prevent the wafers from becoming stale or the filling from softening. Proper storage ensures they retain their crisp texture and delightful flavor for future enjoyment.
