What it is
Goya Sazón with Annatto and Cumin is a seasoning blend designed to enhance the flavor and color of a variety of dishes. - Vegetable sautés
To use Goya Sazón with Annatto and Cumin, simply open the packet and sprinkle it directly into your food during the cooking process. It can be added to marinades for chicken, pork, or beef to infuse them with rich flavor and color. It is also excellent when stirred into rice or beans as they cook, giving them a beautiful golden tint and a savory depth. For soups and stews, a packet can transform the broth into something more complex and satisfying. It works well with vegetables, adding a pleasant warmth and visual appeal to simple sautés.
How it differs from similar foods
Compared to plain cumin, this blend offers a more complete flavor profile by including annatto for color and other complementary spices.
