How it differs from similar foods
Unlike oil-roasted peanuts, dry-roasted peanuts are cooked using hot air, which can result in a drier, crisper texture and a more intense peanut flavor. The absence of oil also means they absorb salt differently, often leading to a more even seasoning. This method highlights the inherent nuttiness of the peanut.
Who it is for
Anyone looking for a satisfying and convenient snack or a flavorful addition to their cooking.
How to keep the rest
To maintain freshness, store any remaining dry roasted salted peanuts in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. This helps prevent them from becoming stale or absorbing unwanted moisture. Properly stored, they will retain their crispness and flavor for an extended period.
