What it is
Cons-mate Tomato and Chicken Concentrate is a versatile pantry staple that combines the rich flavor of tomatoes with the savory depth of chicken. This concentrated paste is designed to enhance the taste of a wide variety of dishes, offering a convenient way to add a complex flavor profile without needing multiple ingredients. It is a smooth, thick paste that dissolves easily into liquids, making it ideal for sauces, soups, and stews. Its concentrated nature means a little goes a long way in boosting the overall taste of your cooking.
How people cook with it
This concentrate is perfect for adding a robust tomato and chicken essence to your favorite recipes. It simplifies the process of building deep flavors in everyday meals.
- Flavoring soups and stews
- Enriching pasta sauces
- Adding depth to braises
- Seasoning rice dishes
To use Cons-mate Tomato and Chicken Concentrate, simply add a small amount to your cooking as you begin to build flavors. It can be sautéed briefly with aromatics like onions and garlic to bloom its taste before adding liquids. For sauces, stir it into the base along with other ingredients and let it simmer to fully incorporate. In soups and stews, it can be dissolved in a bit of broth or water before adding to the pot. Adjust the quantity based on your desired intensity of tomato and chicken flavor.
How it differs from similar foods
Unlike plain tomato paste, this concentrate includes a savory chicken element, offering a more complex umami profile. It provides a dual flavor dimension that plain tomato paste alone cannot achieve, simplifying the seasoning process for dishes that benefit from both tomato and chicken notes.

Home cooks looking for an easy way to add layered flavors to their meals will find this concentrate useful.
How to keep the rest
