Yogi Tea Chlorella Menthe
What it is
Chlorella Menthe is a herbal tea blend featuring chlorella, a type of single-celled green algae, combined with refreshing mint. The tea is designed to offer a unique flavor profile with the earthy notes of chlorella balanced by the invigorating coolness of mint. It is typically prepared as a hot beverage, providing a soothing and aromatic experience. The ingredients are carefully selected to create a harmonious taste that is both distinct and enjoyable for tea drinkers seeking something different.
How people cook with it

- Morning beverage
- Afternoon refreshment
- Soothing drink
- Unique herbal blend
To prepare Chlorella Menthe, simply bring fresh water to a boil. Place one tea bag in your favorite mug. Pour the hot water over the tea bag and let it steep for about 3 to 5 minutes, or longer if you prefer a stronger flavor. Remove the tea bag and enjoy the tea as is. Some people may choose to add a touch of honey or a squeeze of lemon to complement the mint and chlorella notes, though it is also delicious on its own. It is best served hot.
How it differs from similar foods
Unlike traditional mint teas that focus solely on the cooling sensation of mint, Chlorella Menthe introduces the subtle, earthy undertones of chlorella. This combination creates a more complex flavor profile, offering a departure from simpler herbal infusions. The algae component provides a distinct character that sets it apart from purely mint-based beverages.
