Hershey's Cherry Cordial Kisses
What it is
Hershey's Cherry Cordial Kisses are a delightful confection that combines the classic creamy milk chocolate of Hershey's Kisses with a sweet, fruity cherry-flavored creme center. Each piece is individually wrapped in a distinctive pink foil, making them easily identifiable and perfect for sharing. The smooth chocolate melts in your mouth, giving way to the burst of cherry flavor from the soft filling. They offer a familiar yet festive taste experience.
How people cook with it
These candies are a popular choice for both casual snacking and special occasions, adding a touch of sweetness and color to various treats.
- Snacking
- Baking decorations
- Party favors
- Holiday treats
Cherry Cordial Kisses are most often enjoyed straight from the wrapper as a sweet indulgence. They can also be incorporated into baking projects, such as being pressed into the tops of cookies or brownies while still warm to allow them to melt slightly. For a festive touch, they can be scattered on dessert platters or used as edible decorations for cakes and cupcakes. Their distinct flavor also makes them a fun addition to candy dishes during celebrations or gatherings, offering a unique twist on traditional chocolate.
How it differs from similar foods
Unlike standard Hershey's Kisses, these feature a distinct cherry-flavored creme filling. This addition provides a fruity counterpoint to the rich milk chocolate, creating a dual flavor profile. The pink foil wrapping also sets them apart visually from the silver or green foil of other seasonal or standard Kisses.
Who it is for
People looking for a sweet, fruity chocolate treat for personal enjoyment or to share with others.
How to keep the rest
To maintain their freshness and flavor, store any remaining Cherry Cordial Kisses in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep them in their original wrappers to prevent them from drying out or absorbing other odors. Ensure the container is sealed to protect them from moisture.
