How it differs from similar foods
Compared to whole fruit, this puree is already processed, making it quicker to incorporate into recipes. It offers a more uniform texture than homemade purees, which can vary depending on the fruit and blending method. Its concentrated form also means a more intense fruit flavor without the added liquid often found in other fruit preparations.

After opening, store any unused puree in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It is best consumed within a few days to maintain its freshness and flavor. Keep the remaining portion chilled to prevent spoilage and ensure quality for future use.
