A good weight loss rate is to lose in between 2 to 3 pounds per week, to do so you should not only exercise but also eat healthy and balanced diet.

To help your organism you can use detoxifying smoothies, soups, juices, etc.

The following soup, I know from experience that it will help you shed some pounds, all you have to do is eat healthy and balanced during the day and then at night you can substitute the veggies in your dinner with this soup, try not to eat only this soup at night, you can accompany this vegetable soup with 3 ounces of chicken or fish.

The amounts in this recipe are enough for you to use this soup in 7 days.


½ purple cabbage

2 large carrots

6 tomatoes

1 bell pepper

1 purple onion

3 cup of diced celery


Boil all the ingredients together in 1 liter of water until they are soft, blend them all together and let it cool, you can storage this blend in the fridge for 1 week. Before consuming the soup you should boil it and you can season it the way it suits you best, as long as you don´t add oil or butter! You can use salt, pepper, soy sauce, etc.
