Upset stomach

teaIf you´re feeling bloated we recommend you prepare yourself the following tea:


  • 1 cup of mint leaves (chopped)
  • 3 bags of ginger tea
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 cups of ice
  • 1 lime

Directions: Put the mint leaves and ginger tea in the 2 cups of water and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes after the time has passed, pour it through a strainer and add the lime juice and ice, drink it cold and you will feel better before you know it!
