Nutritious shake for breakfast


  • 1 mango
  • 1 plantain
  • 1 glass of fat free milk
  • 1 spoon of oatmeal
  • 2 almonds


Peel the mango and get only the pulp, blend it together with the plantain, milk, oatmeal and almonds. Serve it in a glass and drink it up immediately. Enjoy!
