  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 50 g of dried cranberry
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 spoon of sesame seed
  • 3 spoons of natural yogur
  • 1 cup of milk (any kind you like)


Blend the lemon juice and the cranberries first, then slowly add the sliced banana and the sesame seeds. When the previous mix in fully blended add both the yogur and milk until everything looks smooth. Drink it immediately and enjoy!
